Hi, I’m Samantha S. Easter—but you can call me Sam.

I’m autistic and have ADHD, which means I’ve spent most of my life navigating systems that weren’t built for me—and quietly redesigning them from the inside. Now I bridge the gap between brilliance and burnout, strategy and support, difference and belonging.

Professionally, I’ve built programs across HR, training, DEI, and internal communication—most recently as a Senior Strategic Communications Manager at Mountain America Credit Union. I hold an MBA and an M.Ed, and serve on boards focused on workplace equity, disability inclusion, and neurodiversity‑at‑work.

At Catalyst Solutions, I consult and coach individuals and organizations on culture design, develop custom training and development plans, and equip neurodivergent professionals with tools to thrive. If you’re ready to build systems that include more minds, make more sense, and deliver better outcomes—I’d love to help.

I’m a neurodivergent strategist, writer, and founder of Catalyst Solutions. I help organizations and individuals work smarter by designing systems—and the training and resources to use them—that actually fit how people’s brains work.
